I deposited a check into the account they withheld a portion of the check than bounced my bill which was significantly less than check and feed me a return fee and an overdraft fee for not having the money the bank withheld.
I was previously very unhappy with 53 however their customer service shines out. I had a banking issue that frustrated me and I chewed out the Rep and hung up the representative proceeded to go out of his way to help me with the issue and than called me back to tell me. Rare kindness from a bank for that alone 5 stars.

There is always a smile and a pleasant conversation there to greet you upon entry. The fine folks that work here make banking an experience and this specific spot is somewhere i look forward to conducting business with because of them. Tasha has a way of making people's day.
