I've been banking with 5/3 for years. Since I moved to Kirtland I've used the Chardon branch and just love everyone there! They've always taken good care of me and pointed me in the right direction financially.
Not once but twice I attempted to make a deposit at the Chardon ATM and the machine took the money without crediting my account. Extremely inconvenient especially when bills are due and it takes close to a week to get credited back the money through disputes.
Amie Nickerson saved the Day! Huntington Bank was closed, so I went to Chase (new). The "bank teller" and the "manager" were very RUDE. We left and went to 5/3 Bank. The tellers were very friendly and their manager, Amie Nickerson, had us come into her office. I notarized my title and gave it to my dad. She was PERFECT!! No questions asked or if we can open our account, etc. When the weather is clear, I am going to my account. Btw...I have Chase VISA.
