Daughter received a check. And it was needed to pay her rent. They refuse to allow it to be available for 5 days. She has a good history with them.
I was so upset when I walk into the Frankfort Kentucky Branch I seen another business card laid out on counter in front counter of teller name (Angie .) Went by the bank today to help out a friend who works two jobs and can't get to the bank I brought a check in made out to cash, to cash it for her so she'll have funds for vacation because she's working and can't get to the bank there's a $25 fee from Fifth Third discriminating against her because she's working in the school system. To all those in the education system be aware this bank is a complete rip-off! Rude bunch of losers unbelievable
