Very slow, unprofessional and inconvenient.
If I could give lower I would, I'm so disgusted with this bank at this point. Deposited a check Saturday was told it would be overnight then the next day was told Wednesday now being told would be another week and some change so almost 2 weeks to have my money available and being lied to multiple times no apology or anything. Will def be finding a new bank ASAP. Some of us don't have extra money laying around and need what we deposit to survive , can't exactly go 2 weeks without food or paying bills that are due... This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had banking and I’ve only had the account for a month. My debit was lost in the mail but nobody I talk to can help with that for some reason. I highly recommend banking somewhere else - this experience has made me realize my old bank was not that bad and I’m just going to stick with them.
