5/3 sucks! worst mistake ever making doing business with them
We had the good fortune to find Fifth Third Bank on Harvey St. in Muskegon MI four years ago. Ellen Smith, mortgage specialist, Jill and Sue, managers, and others there are EXCELLENT. Sharp, helpful,above and beyond, they have been there to assist us in putting together financing and refis that made the most sense for us. They made everything clear and easy. 5/3rd is awful! They charge fees for everything and delay deposits without justification.
