Finally finished paying off my car loan through Fifth Third. All I asked was that they refinance my loan (so I didn't have to have 2 car payments every month) great credit score and history yet there was simply nothing they could do. Got stuck with 2 car payments for a year and a half. HORRIBLE customer service, will never return.
Everybody that works at this Bank is as dumb as a box of rocks Fifth Third Bank has the most horrendous customer service I have ever endured in my life once I finished paying my car loan off I will never step foot in another Fifth Third Bank in my life
They've got money ! $ ! $ ! $ ! $ If your credit score is under 700 don't apply.
