My son and I stopped in recently on a weekday to do some banking and were able to be helped immediately. Jonathan Davis explained all our options and was very helpful in setting up savings and investment accounts, and getting us started with the credit cards we needed. He did a great job explaining things to us and giving us wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
Horrible place to bank I got double charges on my account and they won’t fix what happened. Since I don’t have a Transcript of the amount. But the day I sent out the money quote on quote some how they don’t have transcript. Every time some sends money out of there account there should always be a transcript. Horrible company don’t waste your time they won’t help You at all.
I called Fifth Third after fraud was detected on my debit card. The first rep was great, and I got a new card in three days—but it was the wrong one. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called again, and this time the rep was rude and condescending for no reason. I wasn’t even upset, just trying to fix their mistake. Now, instead of a quick fix, I have to wait two weeks to access my own money. Frustrating and completely unacceptable. Why am I the one paying for their error?
I been banking here for yrs now and it’s always been smooth transactions. The staff are very nice and helpful and had my problems solved in minutes. I love this bank. I will only bank here from now on.
