We opened a account an put a check in from a property sale and was promised the funds would be available in 3 days at the longest by 2 different people in the bank come to find out they put a 10 day hold on it an knew about it that day and lied about to put faces
I have been banking with 5th Third for years and wanted to setup an appointment to discuss a new account. The customer service rep helped me setup an appointment with a manager for a Saturday and I was sent an email reminder/confirmation. I used the link in the email reschedule for the following Saturday.
