This is the worst bank to deal with!!! Never answer their phones, the 800 number gets you to someone who barely speak English. So sorry mam please call your local bank, whelp they never pick up their dang phones. Worst customer service that I have had at any bank. Can't wait to pull my money and find a better bank!!!!!

If I could rate at 0 stars, that is what I'd give them. They charged us $222 in overdraft fees because they did not apply a deposit we made on a Friday BEFORE the cut off time for deposits. They claim that only $100 of our deposit was applied from a payroll check and the rest of the money was "held". This then caused our account to go negative since they didn't make the funds available. They have ridiculous overdraft fees, when I went into open an account, they were very confusing. Few times I've called for help, the guy who answered was very helpful, but one of the girls was kind of rude and didn't explain anything clearly.
