This is the worst bank to deal with!!! Never answer their phones, the 800 number gets you to someone who barely speak English. So sorry mam please call your local bank, whelp they never pick up their dang phones. Worst customer service that I have had at any bank. Can't wait to pull my money and find a better bank!!!!!
