Went to open a bank account at 4:55, despite 35 min left they refused to open the bank account and asked to take appointment. I guess time to go to some other bank.
The absolute worst bank ever!!! If you want to have a hard time opening any accounts anywhere, open one at 5th 3rd. They’ll hold your new account for fraud before you even use it & then they’ll close it & tell you that you will have a hard time opening any accounts. DO NOT GO TO 5th 3rd!!!

This bank location is absolutely horrible, that banker Stephanie is rude and I can tell she hates her job. Closing my account for good, I suggest you take your business elsewhere!!
