Have always had a great experience at this branch bank in Marion. Kim, Brigit, Bonnie, and Britney have always been courteous and respectful to me and my family for our banking needs. I am sorry to hear this branch is closing and moving to Black Mountain and since that is too far away for my banking needs, I will most likely be withdrawing my funds from this bank and switching to another bank in town. VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER APPLYING FOR HOME MORTGAGE AND BEING APPROVED ITS BEEN THREE AND HALF MONTHS AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT A RUNAROUND WE HAVE LETTERS SAYING ARE INSURANCE HAS BEEN CHANGED ON THE 12 OF JAN AND ARE CLOSING DATE WAS JAN 19TH.
