I'm always waiting at this branch FOREVER!!!!
The atm is never able to accept/read my cash that I try to deposit. This has been a repeat issue. I've gone inside to deposit the rest of my money and let the banker know and she told me they had just fixed it that one time. Obviously not
I rarely write reviews, but I want to take this time to show my appreciation in writing to banker Andrew Behrend (Andy) for all his banking advices and for help me, in person or on the phone. What I like about him is his knowledge, how he navigates any issue(s) or concern(s) in order for me to understand what it will be my next step, and how patient he is.
