I was discriminated on by Andy for a payroll check I was cashing. I went in at 2pm on 1/23/2026 & again at 5pm he said he wasn’t able to cash the check cause it was something wrong with the system, I called over to the Lakewood location where I usually go & a banker found nothing wrong with the check. I ended up cashing it with Ace checking & had no issue so I know it’s a racist facility & I don’t recommend this broadview heights location to anyone. It was a horrible experience.
Deposited money with a check which they withdrew the same day then put a hold on it for 10 days. I asked why? She said it doesn't say. What if I had bills due? I dont recommend.
This bank is very nice and friendly. HOWEVER.. it is the worst bank if you want to get service done quickly. It seems to be short staffed? Every time I’m in the drive up, it takes 20 minutes to be taken care of. Go to another Fifth Third for service. Sorry!
Sat for 20 minutes until someone told me I'm in a lane that they don't use.
