Me and my little family love this bank! We see them as our own family too! Every issue we had they took care of it with compassion, quickness, and with a little bit of humor on the side. I’ve been banking with fifth third for eight years and I wouldn’t change a thing. Lovely crew, every last one of them. Thank you for being awesome and treating us with kindness. 10/10
Bank Manager is a total rude big mouth I would not bank inside this particular 5/3 just to avoid it (her)…. I saw many reviews about rude and this woman is the reason why.
