Not very helpful service.
As an account holder I am surprised that I cannot get a call returned especially after the manager went on a two plus hour errand running trip. They won’t even allow me to close my account and yet I can’t even speak to the manager. Very odd business practices but don’t get fooled because the customer does not matter. They made me feel like I mattered but I don’t. 3.7 overall is way high for this branch. It’s not a well oiled machine. It has been a challenging 72 hours, and thanks to the efforts of AJ and Ariel, they made it easier on me. My thanks to them for all of their help and support! In general this is a really great place to bank. Friendly and smart individuals who are quick with answers and / or will find out as soon as possible.
