People here are very friendly I talked to Jordan who helped me out quite a bit and got the problem I had fixed really quick
Did a loan and over the phone they offered a deal and you could get a lessor rate for taking out a certain amount. Had to close twice.Then we ordered checks through them on the 17th was told a week. Went in on the 25th and they said the 3rd. Okay, not the greatest.
I'd had a Fifth Third account since high school, but after moving out of the country and paying off the last of my student debt, I had to finally close the account. I was expecting it to be an ordeal, but when I called and spoke with Andrea, she was incredibly understanding, professional and helpful. Everyone I spoke to at this branch was. I can't use Fifth Third anymore, but I'm glad to have been a customer for over 20 years. Thanks again for the help!
I love all the girls in here. They are all beyond helpful. Jordan has been a lifesaver helping me get through a couple of scary situations with my account when it came to fraudulent activity. She went above and beyond to get that straight lined out for me. These ladies are all amazing and I hope they all get a raise.
