We have had miptle issues with this branch. Last Christmas our debit cards were all turned off when a replacement card was not received. We were in Florida on vacation at the time and we had to come home a week early so we could come into the office to rectify the teller and manager error which ultimately led to our account being frozen from the 23rd to the 27th of December 2014. This bank in general is great, as far as who they hire leaves a lot to be desired! Right now they employ a personal banker who feels she can share customers financial information! If not for her shear lack of disobedience to the HIPPA laws, maybe her own personal hygiene should warrant dismissal from her job! Keri K. Is not someone who can be trusted and certainly shouldn't be in control of ANYONE's money!
Some of the staff are friendly here but when it comes to having errors with your account and taking your money they give you a hard time I'm giving you "your" money back
I have dealt with allot of banks and never had a worst experience. Even when I have a 680 credit score and credit cards with a $5000 credit limit they would not give me over daft protection of only $500 dollars. I had over draft charges for 3 items when I had plenty to cover at least one of them but they charged me for all 3 which is beyond logic and only shows greed on their part. Also, it cost me $50 just to close my account. I heard that this bank is weak among other Ohio banks
