The bank tellers are always friendly andHelpful
Loved this location so much because they were open on Sundays. I could cash my 70 year old mother's check and get groceries. Now gotta figure something else out because they are closed on sundays now. It was always pretty busy on sundays so I can't see why this would happen.
Well the great 5/3 Bank has successfully robbed another middle class working man. Cashed a $3000 check and had to pay them $60. Now tell me why the hell is that necessary. Years ago that was never the case.
Set an appointment after waiting 20 minutes to send a wire transfer. Came back.. took over 45 minutes for someone to redo 4 times a wire transfer. Then got switched to a manager which took another 45 minutes. Very unhappy.
