Very sad day for Fifth Third; they did not make banking a fifth-third better. Amazing to consider! Please, reader, use this as a case in point for what NOT to do as you seek to deliver quality customer service. This is the first ever negative Google review which I have published about a business. Money am I right guys
I stopped by this location to allow a friend to do some banking. I was pleasantly surprised that Fifth Third now is allowing indoor banking once again. Everyone was wearing masks. Social distancing measures are in effect and everything was running smoothly. Furthermore, for the segment of people that wish you may continue to do so via the drive thru as usual. As Always, Enjoy!
The ATM machine ate my card when I made a withdrawal at 7pm on a Friday night. I didn't get any money, and it ate my card. I called customer service, and they said it was a technical "glitch". So, they apologized and said to go to the branch and I could get my card back. Or they could FedEx me a new card. I'm thinking of taking my money elsewhere.
