I have been a customer of 5/3rd for the last 15 years. I stopped at this location today, Thursday to get some change. I stood in line for over 10 minutes, waiting for the ONE teller to be available. There was another customer also waiting in line. After 10 minutes I told someone in one of the adjoining offices that I and most people do not have over 10inutes to stand in line waiting to be helped. If they cannot keep up on a Thursday at 2:00 in the afternoon, I would hate to see what would happen at a busy time of the day. Ne... read more
