I have used 5/3 previously and enjoyed banking with them. I had opened a new account here because they offered a nice promotion to do so. I had no issues initially, but ran into problems when redeeming the promotion. The fine print had been miscommunicated to me, so I had not done the requiredsteps. Thankfully, Courtney was willing to helprectify the situation. She helped coordinate and correct the problem and later checked on me to make sure everything had worked out. I came to open an account and frederick jeffries made it the smoothest experience i have ever had with something like this, while making sure i was well informed. I just wanted a basic checking and he didnt try to strong arm me into anything more, but let me know to give him a call anytime if i needed more and he would be there. I am way more likely to use him for other services because i can trust he will advise me what is best for me.
