Here is my story: I went to the Longwood, Florida branch to make an ATM withdrawal. I was told per a teller, that since I have mobile Banking I can walk to the ATM, although it is in the Drive Through. There was a white young woman who drove up. I was standing off to the side of the ATM reviewing m account balance. If she felt uncomfortable with me being to the side of the ATM she could have politely asked me to move. I have been a member with fifth3rd bank,for 2 years now . I am very happy and well pleased with where I am now. Everyone is very nice, pleasant, courteous,fun,and friendly as well as helpful.
