So I have been banking with fifth third for roughly 4 years, never once has my account been able to been overdrafted, and every single time they have sent the charge back. I asked for a new debit card and not to send it to previous address because I moved. Teller does exact opposite of what was asked and makes it take a month to get a debit card because now I have to cancel it in two weeks and show proof of new address and send it out again. When asked if she can cancel the send, she said no. Now I will have to purchase a card pay fees to load money on it and pay my bills until I receive another card. Disappointing customer service.
