This company is horrible Melvin customer service manager says they can only help customers, if the bank makes a mistake. The 5/3 policy is no help due to customer issues regardless if they've never missed a payment in over 20 years.

So I have been banking with fifth third for roughly 4 years, never once has my account been able to been overdrafted, and every single time they have sent the charge back. I had a fraudulent charge of 1150 that overdrafted my account significantly, I called in before the 48 hours was up, I was told to let it sit and it would hopefully fall off the next day. *I would like to also note that I called into this Branch to complain and spoke to a banker who said he was going to call me back and never did* The charge did not fall o... read more
