They now have made it to where you get charged a fee at every single ATM with the exception of the bank they acted out of paying to be in the all point system or money pass system so they save money there then when we have to use an ATM out of desperation not only do we have to pay the place, but we also pay the bank again so they save money from not getting us joined into the group and they charge us for it!
They closed my credit card due to inactivity and I called immediately to have it reinstated and they told me the only way was to apply for a new credit card! What a joke this bank is! I have been a member for over 10 years but I will be closing my savings accounts and moving my retirement accounts elsewhere. This is the last straw for 5/3.

I regret there was nothing lower than 1 Star because I would have given -10 Stars if it were available. I opened a new account. I received three Zelle transfers totalling $1660 from 2 friends. I Zelled my roommate $250 on a Friday after Fifth Third would not allow me to connect their Debit Card to VENMO or CHIME to send the $250 to him, that they held 3 business days until Wednesday. I took the rest out in Cash and had to go to Walgreens to deposit the Cash in CHIME to send $$ to my VENMO and give him $250 cash because they ... read more
