The branch manager is exceptional. The service is amazing.
Do not recommend Hunter Neu. Will not update your information after emailing him 3 separate times. Has ruined pretty much all chances of me being able to get a credit card as I was denied the first one because he never updated my information. Have been denied now 6 times for all different types because the first card I had as a SECURED card was denied because he doesn't know how to do his job. This was almost 2 years ago and I am still being effected TODAY in 2024...
Disappointed at this specific location/branch once again. I personally bank with Fifth Third and come to exchange some coin rolls two days in a row and they weren’t able to give me the change I needed. Yesterday I was told by one of the tellers that “the Penny guy isn’t here today”. So I proceeded to take an extra trip to the Fifth Third Branch at the Kroger in Monroe and they took care of me no problem.
