Terrible customer service and very rude.
Didn't answer their phones when I call the Mason, Branch. Automated telephone answering service transfers me somewhere else.
5/3rd is the best!
I’m from out of town and recently visited the fifth third bank in mason, overall great experience, Austin was a lot of help and I’m really satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend.
My dads old and doesn’t know how to use the internet very much, but he said working with Austin Wilman was the best experience he has ever had with a personal banker!
