While I have consistently received excellent service from your staff, I encountered a significant issue with Melanie Wagner and her nasty attitude on November 16, 2024. Melanie's handling of a torn bill, which she deemed "mutilated," was contrary to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's guidelines as of November 15, 2024, which state that commercial banks will exchange unfit currency.
