While I have consistently received excellent service from your staff, I encountered a significant issue with Melanie Wagner and her nasty attitude on November 16, 2024. I want to thank Melanie Wagner at the Fifth Third bank branch in Schererville, Indiana for managing a situation I experienced while driving at the intersection of US41 and US30 at 4PM . Fraudulent activity had occurred on my credit card and I need tp stop the bank to stop the card. After messing up my phone, I got to the 5/3 bank, walked in and met Ms. Wagner who immediately got my card canceled and replaced. The relief was wonderful.
