I've been a customer with 5/3 for over 8 years. The one on halsted in Glenwood needs to shut down. They are too slow and have attitudes. Go to hammond on 45th and Glenwood -lansing Rd, or 152nd Burnham ave in Calumet city, or South Holland, il

I like this location, the customer service is excellent. I would recommend you coming here if extra attention is needed for your back account...
Just tried to cash a check and was told that my wife’s last name showed as her married name was incorrect on it despite me being there and despite us being able to do it before hand. The manager wouldn’t come out to help and the person assisting us didn’t want to bring her manager out. Not a 5/3 better vibe or service.
