Just tried to cash a check and was told that my wife’s last name showed as her married name was incorrect on it despite me being there and despite us being able to do it before hand. The manager wouldn’t come out to help and the person assisting us didn’t want to bring her manager out. Not a 5/3 better vibe or service.
Great customer service
I don't even want to give this bank one star. They held my money for two weeks. When I asked to talk to someone else she was clueless. I had her dial the CEO's office, which I had to find the phone number online. She said they were not answering but it was on speaker and the phone was disconnected ! Horrible Customer Service and Clueless
