Been banking here since it was union federal ,,staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable

Hate seeing all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but good experiences here. It's a bank branch, they don't make the company policies. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
Went to the atm this morning just to fine out it’s still down this is the worst bank ever.and when I go to the drive thru it’s usually 10 minutes or longer waiting.what happen to all the employees from the other fifth third banks that closed.time to look in to other banks.
Fifth third wanted to charge a 5% fee to cash a check from one of their customers. A check written from a 5/3 account taken to a 5/3 bank and they want 5% to cash it. This makes no sense.
