I’ve never felt the need to say anything about a place before, but I don’t know if I’ve ever been treated as rudely as I have a couple of times now by a person at this location who calls himself “Sir”. The first time, I chalked it up to everyone having a bad day, but now it’s been more than once that he has been rude when I just needed the basic attention I think any customer of a bank deserves. Great staff at this location. Tellers are friendly, bankers are knowledgeable, and manager is always willing to help. Sad the EGR location closed but the new branch is great so far!
