I’d choose chase over them any day! This location seems very discriminating from the moment I walked in I did not receive the same greeting as the others and they lied about not being about to cash my simple $500 check that was a fifth third bank check from work. This gendered me from paying my rent all because they judging people. Even the fact the lock you in and out the bank is not ideal. Charging you a fee because you don’t have an account with them but it’s their bank check. Bank with CHASE !
I cannot believe the number of times 5/3's policies have hurt me. But it's my own fault; no other bank is near my house so I feel trapped.
