The most horrible bank and I know.... they ripped you off... a lot of employees doesnt have enough knowledge for the job.. Theyre giving me a wrong information.... I swear to God, this bank is just awfull. Do not trust this bank AT ALL.........
If you want customer service, do not use this bank. If you want competent answers from Loan officers, do not use this bank. Dealing with 5/3 is like dealing with the Three Stooges. Avoid this bank like the plague.
DO NOT EVER DO YOU BANKING WITH THIS BANK! THEY CONSTANTLY OVERDRAFT YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN THE LEDGER BALANCE IS POSITIVE! FIFTH THIRDS COMPUTER SYSTEM IS CORRUPT AND THEY KNOW IT! THE BRANCH MANAGERS - JOE HARNISH & SARA PYLE ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE RUDE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY FABRICATE THINGS IN THEIR OWN FAVOR!
