Just stopped by the Creedmoor Financial Center and had an amazing experience! Cody is an outstanding bank manager who truly goes above and beyond. Jake on Creedmor Road is AMAZING! EVERYONE should have a banker like Jake! The 5th Third systems need work. That's the ONLY reason I'm not doing 5 stars today. If the review were based on Jake, I'd give him 20 stars! If the review were based on 5th Third as a whole, I'd give them about 2-3 stars due to lost funds and other issues. As for Jake, he is kind, thorough, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Jake is amazing. Thank you so much for all your help, Jake!
Avoid bank as a whole, not just this location. Not able to even setup autopay for a mortgage payment. Nobody will pick up the phone
