I became a customer of 5/3 in August of 2022 right after my husband passed away, and was overwhelmed by the great kindness, knowledge, and professional help given to me by then teller (not sure of his title then) Jacob. I ended up changing branches when he was moved shortly thereafter to the Creedmore branch. Jake on Creedmor Road is AMAZING! EVERYONE should have a banker like Jake! The 5th Third systems need work. That's the ONLY reason I'm not doing 5 stars today. If the review were based on Jake, I'd give him 20 stars! If the review were based on 5th Third as a whole, I'd give them about 2-3 stars due to lost funds and other issues. As for Jake, he is kind, thorough, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Jake is amazing. Thank you so much for all your help, Jake!
