We went in to pay off our mortgage and was told that they would hold my escrow in case something happens. I talked with some young guy named Jason (wouldn’t give me his last name) and of course he said it was company policy. If that’s the case you need to change your policy. Escrow money belongs to the customer not the bank. You’re not doing us any favors by giving it back. As far as something happening, wouldn’t I be responsible since the loan is paid off?
Worst customer service on earth. I will never finance anything through them again, not even a loaf of bread.
Great customer service! Mandi and Anna are amazing ladies! Greg is awesome too. They know me when I walk in and treat me like family. (The part of the family they like) I really enjoy banking here.
Super group at theBarboursville branch. I've worked with Ginny for the last few years and have found her to be very pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. I have been treated like family by the whole staff each time I go.
