Courtney in the fifth third bank by Myers off of Northland Dr., Grand Rapids, MI is very rude and she needs to have somebody talk to her about customer service. She put a whole bunch of my money didn't even help me put the money in a container just handed me loose very sarcastic and road said she had broad shoulders cause I told her that she wasn't very customer oriented and I was going through a hard time very very rude.
Marchelle and everyone I’ve met at this branch are professional, friendly, and seem to enjoy their work and serving their customers. Nothing but positive experience for me.
