They discriminate against elderly people. Was helping my grandparent with a call and they said we were "feeding them answers" and just hung up. Sorry that our grandparent is hard of hearing, but they can not come to the bank as they are bed ridden. Horrible, not customer focused at all. Despicable.
They will not help you with payment disputes and will instead just rob you! Terrible, do not bank with fifth third here or at any locations.
