We worked with Mateo Ortega-Rodriguez at this location. He helped us set up our checking account and he was wonderful. He was very kind, patient and helpful. The man who helped us at the counter with our first deposit, was also very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Not going to hold it against fifth third as a whole i went to the branch off of Smith Valley and they were very helpful. I came in today after having a fraudulent charge to my account and instead of sitting down with me to help protect my account they reffered me to the dispute number and refused to do anything else. I’ve been a loyal customer of Fifth Third Bank since I was 16, but I’ll be moving all of my accounts elsewhere after a disappointing experience. I recently tried to help my son open his first checking account, but we were turned away because “there wasn’t enough time” before closing. Ironically, the teller spent five of those remaining minutes giving us the runaround instead of helping us get started.
