Visited Friday 11/28 approx 2:30 -the woman at the counter was unkind and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I asked a normal banking question and she had a rude comeback with a negative tone. By the time I got into my car I was so flustered I realized I didn’t even ask for the certified funds check I went there for.. but I didn’t want to interact with her again so I drove several miles away to another fifth third location. Very disappointed with my experience.
The staff is completely incompetent.
She was very nice and helped me all the way!
I typically visit this branch multiple times each week. The staff knows me by name and is always friendly and helpful. Transactions are handled accurately and promptly every time.
