This bank has a business policy under which they will not clear a check deposited into a business account for a minimum of 2 days. I have never had it be less than 4 days before the full amount is available. I was told by customer service that if I wanted access to funds that they have the ability to verify....I should have cashed the check first, and then deposited the cash into the bank account. Fifth Third Bank 1282 M-89, Plainwell, MI 49080. They have poor customer service and dont have a welcoming atmosphere in my opinion. The cost of a cashiers check is double of some other banks and an unreasonable price if you ask me. I have never been to this branch but I have been with this company since they were Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids. My account began when i was a minor and i kept it as an adult.
