Fifth Third Bank 1282 M-89, Plainwell, MI 49080. They have poor customer service and dont have a welcoming atmosphere in my opinion. The cost of a cashiers check is double of some other banks and an unreasonable price if you ask me. I have never been to this branch but I have been with this company since they were Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids. My account began when i was a minor and i kept it as an adult. They took $300 cash which I deposited through ATM on Monday 2/5 and did not return to me until the 2/14 late evening. Fees for nsf from bills trying to clear and bouncing which 5/3 refuses to reimburse ne for . Not to mention ruining valentines day. I will never bank there again no matter who buys them or name they choose. I remember old kent! They were just as bad.
🤡Clowns. Service is horrible. Attitude.
