The worst people to deal with the lady Samira Ahmad Was so rude also, the manager EVELYN LIBREROS did not help. She refused to even talk to me and made me wait 40 minutes. All I wanted to do was send a wire. I will be moving all my accounts from 5/3. I will be taking this up with corporate.
I’m very impressed with this bank, and this branch. The representatives were (and continue to be) courteous and professional.
The entire staff is simply amazing , with both the teamwork they use and the service they provide Evelyn, Genesis,Angie are always there to help , they’ve been truly instrumental in the growth my businesses are having Wouldn’t bank anywhere else !
We came to the bank to open a checking account at 9:30 am . The lady at front desk have told us to wait for a banker . After a waiting for an hour banker Samira has walked to us and asked if we are a US citizen , if you are not you have to make an appointment . Very rude , unprofessional , rasist woman !
