Employee was shouting at me over the call repeatedly asking me if i understood or not. This is my first bank ever and will never use it again. Very disappointing service.
Shame that this location tends to employ friends or family? Rude, speaking poor english, unprofessional staff. Every time I go in, they are rude, ask unnecessary questions like they know me or we are buddies. It's a business, keep it professional, no need to hear stories or questions about wars. Keep it to yourself and do your job. Thats it.
I have been a customer since 1996 when I first opened a checking account. I love this bank. I have made lifelong friends here. I would never go anywhere else. They are loyal and so am I
