Fifth Third Bank needs to change their name to Three Fifths of a Bank. Still waiting for my debit card for an account I opened 15 days ago. Without the debit card I can't set up my account for online bill pay. I have NO ACCESS to MY money unless I walk into the branch and withdraw cash. RIDICULOUS. The absolute WORST customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with.

I made a payment of $4800 to my 53 credit card on March 14. I went to use my card and it was declined. When I checked my account, the money was taken out of my checking account, credited to my credit card account, THEN a hold was placed on the payment!! I called customer no service and was told that since the payment was larger than usual, they put a 7 day hold. The declined payment shows as pending! Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
Had a great night and it was very well organized.
