I dealt with Micheal and what should have taken 10 minutes to do a simple wire transfer .....it took over 3 hours...i was then told by Micheal that he PROMISED to call me back within 60 minutes to let me know the wire transfer had been done......2 hours later i am calling the bank (which the number is disconnected)....then called the # on his card.....which goes directly to voicemail.......so i was forced to drive back to the branch.....as soon as he saw me he said "your wire transfer went thru".....i said to him "why did yo... read more
My wife and I recently switched to Fifth Third from another large bank and we've been very pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, expertise and service from the bank. In particular, the folks at this branch. Michael Mariner is a great banker and truly cares about his customers' needs. He went above and beyond for us in a recent loan transaction and it didn't go unnoticed by us. It's evident that 5/3 truly exceeds expectations for its clients.
I've been working with Michael Mariner for about 2 months now. Excellent banker and extremely dedicated to his job and clients. He's handled multiple accounts of mine: business, credit and personal. Any time I have an issue or question with a new account or service, I just give him a call and he's always able to assist. I highly recommend anyone to work with him.
Manger was extremely rude. She was not willing to help at all. Please avoid this location at all costs.
