Great bank fast and efficient. After I had an account in Bradenton three years ago this is a much better bank. Plus they gave me a great bonus to try them again.
Building is small. Only 1 entry way. Atm outside was designed poorly and cramped. Scraped my car. Staff asked me if I have a signer on the account. Use basic English... Do you mean to ask me if there is another member on my account. Don't repeat the same word of signer. People who repeat silly jargon lose all my respect. One of your male staff was just hanging out at the counter. Go in the office, I don't like seeing people slack or giving me a hard time. Go bug off or do some work.
Horrible bank. Deserve a zero. There are so many better banks in the area, don't waste your time.

Several weeks ago now I stopped in to process a transaction. Wendy was very helpful. After arriving home I received a TXT from Wendy informing me I left my checkbook on the counter. I hurried back & retrieved my checkbook, thanks to her watchful eye she saved me hours of worry. Thanks much Chuck
