AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE We have banked here since moving 4 years ago. Their banking accounts and online products are great. I couldn't believe my experience today when I went to withdraw cash from my account for an up coming cruise. I was there at 12:10 on Thursday. I requested twenty $50 bills and I was told "you can't have that many because we might run out and there aren't that many in the machine". Do not deposit with this Bank. I have an account with them I have deposited checks in the past with no hold the last check I deposited they put a 10-day hold on even though it is cleared the other person's bank. When I was with another bank they were able to look at whether or not the check cleared the other person's bank and release the hold once it did if I called up.
