I went to use the drive up window for a more personable experience compared to using the atm, I was disappointed. Long wait to even be acknowledged I was there, no friendliness, the teller took forever to complete my deposit even tho I filled everything out.
Horrible Bank Sweety helped set me up joined account. She didnt want to bother to print checks so I can give to set up automatic payment. She made it a big deal when I asked over and over again. When all was set and done she didnt give me any folder with my information, no information for my zelle and didnt even bother to ask if I needed a separate card.
