0 Star review: Really disappointed after a rude interaction with their banker Avis. Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes to request statements and was told by the banker that they were “too busy” to help me. Sorry I didn’t walk in asking to open an account or loan but assisting your current customers should still be a priority. After expressing my dissatisfaction, she offered a condescending and rude remark on my way out. Do better. (Also complained to customer service and was never followed up with.
