Excellent Service
I am currently having a challenging time with 5/3rd Bank. My Early Pay was deposited around 5:30pm yesterday. I manually paid my MY ADVANCE in the amount of $236.25. The payment was cleared and processed. I made a few more transactions ($50, $20, $48.54, $13.20). My ending balancing was $462 prior to going to bed. This morning I called to make a bill payment in the amount of $318.42 to another institution & the representative informed me that my payment declined. Of course, I'm like HOW!? This bank is the worst. We opened an account with them had all documents with us. Received the bank cards in the mail bank cards for the bank to place an hold for fraud, went into the bank to find out the account was on hold due to not having the documents we had when we open the account. Stay away from this back
I just tried calling them door an hour between 3pm & 4pm on Tuesday, August 5th, no one picked up. They are open. I will be closing all accounts there ASAP.
