Fifth Third Bank is a very good bank to do business with. We have used this bank for many years and have no complaints at all. We give it a 5 star rating.
The most horrible bank and I know.... they ripped you off... a lot of employees doesnt have enough knowledge for the job.. Theyre giving me a wrong information.... I swear to God, this bank is just awfull. Do not trust this bank AT ALL.........
Wow, dont think I have ever been in a more unfriendly bank! Nicole in particular seemed to be having a bad day. Another girl seemed to be eating her lunch while trying to take care of customers. I will avoid this branch in the future. I have not been with Fifth Third that long and miss the friendlier people at Bank of America.
Do not bank with 53. I deposited money and the into my savings account and to my supprise the money had disapeared. They said it was never deposited but when i showed my deposit slip from the TELLER of the deposit they said the deposit must have went to a diffrent account. That being my childrens christmas money is GONE!!!!!!. My account is being CLOSED and taking further acctions.... I DONT RECOMED 53 TO ANY ONE.... MIGHT I ADD THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND...... THIS IS THE 5TH TIME.........................
I cant even give this bank a star of any sort ..I went to there ATM machine and because i am not a fifth third customer it ate my card and destroyed it . Now I have to wait 2 weeks before i can get another card which is the way I get my pay check .. I will not go to that bank again ..
Use to be a customer, but left due to all the fees they attach to your account. So when I went to cash a check for my daughter who received a \$10 check for her birthday from her grandmother, they wanted to charge \$8 to cash it since I wasnt a Fifth Third customer and the check was written on a Fifth Third account. Im not real good with math, but I believe that is an 80% return for cashing a \$10 dollar check. These guys will nail you to the wall with no mercy on their overdraft fees. I gave them a chance to repair the damage, but they "couldnt". Fine. Then I "cant" stay. When banks are getting FREE money from the FED, they need to be nice. Im as conservative as they come, but first time offenders should not be nailed with hundreds in fees for a few bucks worth of overdrafts. Moving on. And I strongly suggest you dont go there.
Never in my life have I been charged so much for an overdraft. I went into the facility and questioned how much was being charged for an overdraft, I was told that it was only \$25 per transaction. However, recently I made a mistake and over drafted my account and was charged not only the \$25 for the over draft but I was also charged \$8 per day that it was overdraft not to mention they didnt call to tell me until 3 days after it had been in overdraft. I was there on 9-2-2010 to get change for a hundred dollar bill, I needed fifteen fives and twenty five ones for change as we were holding a money raising rumage sale for the church, I sent the hundred to the teller and she asked me over the speaker if I have an account there and I told her no (as i am with another bank) and she said, almost rudely we will not change out bills unless you have and account with us and sent my bill back out to me...I couldnt believe it, how unmotivated this pretty gal must be and the this insti... read more
