On each visit I have been treated very respectfully and always quickly. Would highly suggest Zachary for any new account needs. He has only been with the 5/3 about a year but was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and has been helpful multiple times over the past few months.
5/3 bank has a revolving door of employees. When I get comfortable with a particular teller they end up disappearing.(quitting?). There must be an issue with this company in regarding to loyalty or treating employees correctly. Whatever it is its very disconcerting!
Atm wouldn t let me deposit into checking, I work late so i couldn t go into branch, atm would only let me deposit into savings so I did it thinking I would transfer money online only to find out it wouldnt let me do that either! Then because of that my state farm insurance payment was declined because they wouldn t overdraft from savings to checking to cover payment and my insurance cancelled me! Then because of this they turned off my ATM master card and I couldn t access my money at all! When I called to complain all they... read more
Fifth Third Bank is the worst bank I ever used because they kept trying to tak and they kept gettin rejected saying the money was not in my accoun when I actually wa then when I got my taxes don I went there to make sure I hav I went there to make sure I have correct account information and they gave me the account information and they gave me the wrong routing number and sent back to th and sent back to the IRS
worse banking experience ever! i had them cancel two debit cards and supply me with two new cards because of fraud charges on my account. come to find out they never cancelled my two previous cards, so money continued to be stolen from my account, while having 4 cards under my name. when i brought this to the attention of the bankers they blamed me for the cards not being cancelled. when i tried to get my stolen funds returned to me, they ran me in circles. when push came to shove i had a verbal altercation with one of the t... read more
Fifth Third Bank is actually between Just OK and Liking It. I love the fact that the branch hours on Friday are until 6pm. But, only having the Downtown, Eastside and Westside branches put some of their customers in a rush to get there before they close. I live on Northside, and work on south side, it is a bummer when I rush to any branch just to get there and see they are closed. I also dont like having to pay for the checks, thats a huge, HUGE bummer.
Only giving one star because this is the lowest rating I can give. Not happy with this bank AT ALL. Customer service sucks. They do not listen to my needs and are only interested in pushing their products. Worked with two different personal bankers and got the same attitude from both. They are upset with me because I mainly bank with BMO Harris and am only using 5/3 for mortgage payments. They talk bad about my bank thinking that this will somehow change my mind and cause me to switch to 5/3'does this actually work on people... read more
