Horrible customer services. Workers be late. And the wait is too long.
Okay, soo everyone has rough times where you need 20$ on the spot for gas, food, etc… now when i overdraft my account for 20$ tell me why the overdraft FEE was over 100$ in a 24 period! Not sure what you people are smoking but taking 100+ dollars from someone who only needed 20$ in a tough time is CRIMINAL. Will be closing my account in the morning before work and suggesting a different institution for banking to ALL.
I have had NOTHING but issues. The teller told me I wrote myself a check and was trying to cash it! Then they want the person who won't me the check, they want their bank statement showing the check cleared. I brought the proof in that the check cleared on their end, it only showed that because who's going to give a random stranger their bank statement? Oh yeah they couldn't tell me why the "back office" put a red flag on my account! Can't forget how many times my account was compromised or taking up to 3 months to get THAT ... read more
Do not bank with them the atm took my money and it did not show up in my account they told me it would be 8-10 days before I could see a credit on my account not to mention the money that always goes unaccounted for that comes up missing out of my checking account
