They never answer their phone
Customer service for 5/3 is absolutely terrible. Long hold times. Transfers. Never received correspondence on a new auto account. Called CService and was talked to like a delinquent. Demanded 2 months payments because the account was due 3 days ago. Mind you, I never received a bill or payment notice. Absolutely rude representation.
