Went into Fifth Third Bank on March 28 between 9–11 AM to open a new account and had a very disappointing experience. Before we even sat down, we explained to the staff that we needed an account where I could be an authorized signer or have Power of Attorney access. We were told this would be fine and were asked to wait for the account manager.
