After taking over Comerica the transistion is absolutly ghastly. This branch does not accept calls and the 800 number just hangs up after a single ring. I tried to pay a bill and the site tried to use an old email for verification. There is no option to correct that. They did not test this at all I guess. What a disaster!! This will probably take weeks to fix. They need to fire their programmers.
Rude rude rude cashiers! I was asked didnt I see the storm? I was then told they turn the atm off if its raining. Lots of talking under their breath complaining that I was there. They really are awful here. Avoid at all costs!
