Service has gone down hill since Robyn left and Tracy has been on leave. Today I tried to enter bank at 9:07 and doors were locked still. I knocked, they let me in and then Tomika proceeded to laugh and say have a seat were not ready yet we showed up late?????????? (Bank opens at 9am) So i left, when i came back (and hour later) i went through the drive through . 1 lane open and Super slow, Unusual to get deposit handled???? Something needs to be done at this Branch as customer service has gone down hill. I guess we can star... read more
