The Greenacres Branch has very personable and helpful staff from the Top with their branch manager to every employee i've had the pleasure of interacting with. Class act!

Manager is incredibly rude and condescending. I have never and a negative experience with this bank until today.
A good bank who has been working with me since I lost my dad March 5th! Whether I am in Chicago or Florida they are always helpful
If I could give negative stars I would! Worst bank I've ever dealt with! No customer service on weekends for credit card emergencies for fraudulent charges and their customer service during their service hrs of only mon-fri are atrocious! Very negative clueless people! Went into the Greenacres branch once since I do all of my banking and bill pay online to get money orders and their machine was down. How inconvenient and the teller offered no other solutions!
