This bank is a joke. I sat down here for 3 hours helping set up a non profit bank account I’m the president and I had my blind treasurer there. They said we were good to go and two weeks later they put a hold on the account and now are demanding 3 forms of ID from me and this blind woman. So now I have to either track down this blind woman and try to help her find 3 forms of id and then try to find 3 forms of id for myself I don’t even have 3 forms of id to give them. No virtual card options. Takes time for deposits to show. If you deposit money when you first open the account, you can't do anything with it until your debit card arrives in the mail. The bank will also not let you Zelle for 11 days.
I opened an Account about a Month ago. Things were Great and Flor was a Very Big Help. However my Fiancé was out of the Country and made a Transfer. The Bank had a BIG ISSUE with this. So after speaking to a Fraud person (In the Philippines), informed me that they were going to close my account. They act like the money I put in their bank is theirs and I wasn't allowed to touch it, also, they cut off my DEBIT CARD and they are closing My Account.. I thought I had found a good bank with 5th 3rd, Boy was I Mistaken.....
Contacted the bank to get help with opening two new accounts and Flor was amazing in helping to make the process quick and easy. Amazing service would reccomendation again.
