Poor ATM experience. I deposited a 100.00. The atm never recorded the transaction now the main line can’t find this new location. I’m not liking this new location. At least they refunded the 100.00
I just switched to this bank and the customer service is awesome. I signed up online and it was super easy. The branch called me the next day to welcome me and explain some of the programs they have. I’ve never had a bank call to welcome me. The app is very easy to use and doesn’t have all the extra stuff you don’t need. Plus you get bonus money after only the first direct deposit. Very happy I switched.
When I first visited this branch to help my son open a checking account, Flor was incredibly helpful and kind. She even mentioned that the branch offered notary services. Fast forward a year - I returned needing a document notarized for a probate matter. I informed the teller of my request, and she asked me to wait. After sitting there for close to 30 minutes while she spoke with another customer, Flor finally asked what I needed.
