I just switched to this bank and the customer service is awesome. I signed up online and it was super easy. The branch called me the next day to welcome me and explain some of the programs they have. I’ve never had a bank call to welcome me. The app is very easy to use and doesn’t have all the extra stuff you don’t need. Plus you get bonus money after only the first direct deposit. Very happy I switched.
When I first visited this branch to help my son open a checking account, Flor was incredibly helpful and kind. She even mentioned that the branch offered notary services. Fast forward a year - I returned needing a document notarized for a probate matter. I informed the teller of my request, and she asked me to wait. After sitting there for close to 30 minutes while she spoke with another customer, Flor finally asked what I needed. Fifth Third has the most incompetent people as staff. No one knows the basics of banking. No wonder the reviews are what they are.
The Greenacres Branch has very personable and helpful staff from the Top with their branch manager to every employee i've had the pleasure of interacting with. Class act!
People ignore you big time… 4 people in lane it took for everto attend… worst bank ever
