I Asked the Asst. Manager to sign my Irish Passport Identification Verification form attesting that I was the person on the form. The form states an Asst. Manager of a bank is an accepted witness. The Manager said no. Fifth Third does not allow this due to possible legal backlash. My application goes to Dublin Ireland. I only needed a qualified signature. Zero stars. When a customer walks into your bank to open a business checking account, don't turn them away. Even if you close in 45 minutes. There's no excuse. This is why people hate banks.
