Don't get it. Went through drive up to get change for a 20. Teller refused to give me change. Just bought a house in Cape and was looking for a bank. Guess not 53. Funny, I banked and worked at most of there sites. To refuse someone of that minor transactions isn't very customer friendly. It wasn't like she was busy either.
Avoid if you can. Need a quick atm transaction you’re better off going somewhere else and avoid their outrageous charges. Also if you want to replace your bills with crisp one forget that too. Going inside the bank they are unable to act as a bank and replace bills that are unusable even if they came out of their ATM. Do better

Saturday December 13th walked into fifth third bank on Surfside in Cape Coral at 11:30 and wanted to open up a checking/savings account. Tell her behind the counter with red hair and glasses had told us that it was too late to open an account because they were closing at noon. This is absolutely poor. Poor customer service made us not want to even be with the bank let alone take out an account. We already have there. My husband has been a customer there for over 25 years.
